C: represents dynamic load; C0: represents static load. This value refers to the maximum load that a slider can withstand. If a total of four sliders are used on the equipment and they share the load equally during operation, then in theory the overall load can be calculated as the sum of the loads carried by all four sliders. In other words, provided the load is evenly distributed across the device, the total load capacity can be calculated by multiplying the load rating of each slider by 4. However, in practical applications, the load borne by each slide block may not be uniform. Therefore, it is recommended to factor in a safety margin during selection and use 50% of the slide block’s rated load as a reference value.
