Our installation conditions for RLR, RGB, RGD, and RGU may not be able to achieve the rail’s specified mounting accuracy of 0.1 mm. I think this tolerance could be relaxed somewhat. Do you have any relevant standards or guidelines on this matter?

Currently, the standard clearance for our shipped products is 0.05 to 0.08 mm. Therefore, our installation requirements must also fall within this range. If your installation conditions cannot meet the 0.1mm accuracy requirement, please inform us of the actual accuracy or tolerance range of your structure. For example, if your structure has a positioning accuracy of 0.5 mm, we can provide a custom product with a clearance of 0.6mm based on your non-standard requirements.
