The installation method is vertical mounting, and the total load is 180 kg. Could you please confirm whether the RLR25 can meet the load-bearing requirements?

According to the load data specified in the RLR product catalog, the rated load of the RLR25 is 540 kg. Applying a safety factor of 50%, the effective load is 270 kg. Furthermore, under eccentric loading, the load capacity must be reduced by another 50%, resulting in an actual allowable load of approximately 135 kg. If installation space permits, the RLR30 model is recommended as the first choice. Of course, one could argue that using four sliders on two rails would adequately distribute the load and pose no issues. However, the safest design approach is to base the calculations on the load capacity of a single slider.
