In the product name of AHSR, “A” stands for AMS, while “HSR” is derived from THK’s product name. All mounting hole positions and height values are made identical. Although the slider’s width exceeds the HSR dimensions, this product is suitable for use in water, humid, chemical, cleanroom, and vacuum environments. If the component configuration is changed, this product can be used at high temperatures up to 500°C and low temperatures as low as -192°C.
