RLR, RGB, RGD, and others are products that use a circular shaft. In general, all components that perform linear motion adhere to several fundamental principles. Following these principles can help address challenges such as high-speed and low-speed operation, environmental conditions, and noise levels; however, failure to do so may also give rise to problems. Therefore, for linear motion systems, it is necessary to determine whether the linear motion is achieved through surface contact, line contact, or point contact. Of course, when purchasing products, users should also consider the environment and operating conditions of their equipment to evaluate these products and build a system that delivers optimal performance. The linear guides commonly used, which consist of balls or needles, typically employ a continuous four-point contact mechanism for linear motion friction. Of course, linear guides that use needle bearings feature line contact. However, our company’s AMS products are available in three contact configurations: point contact, line contact, and surface contact. This is because we have meticulously categorized the usage conditions and environments. Therefore, AMS continuously develops a wide range of products. The RLR products in this video are designed with line contact. Therefore, it generates little noise even at high speeds and is highly resistant to dust. (The specific content will be introduced in the next video.) Many customers have inquired about accuracy. This product can achieve H7 tolerance; however, most of our customers require an accuracy of 0.1mm or greater, with some even specifying 2mm or more. The standard for AMS’s factory-out products is 0.05 to 0.08 mm. Please refer to it.
