Our company’s RGB/RLR/RGD products were developed to address the issues associated with ball-bearing linear bearings used in SBR, TBR, SC, and similar applications. First, SBR products, in principle, require regular oiling to maintain ball circulation. In environments with high levels of contamination, dust can enter the bearing after only a short period of use, impeding the smooth rolling of the balls and causing the equipment to stop operating. Therefore, the SBR must be replaced regularly. Furthermore, SBR exhibits significant noise at high speeds and is structurally unsuitable for high-speed operation. Our RGB products solve all of these problems. The higher price of RGB products is due to production costs. SBR products are primarily manufactured using CNC lathes and can be assembled with standard LM-OP components. However, our RGB products require machining on a CNC four-axis machining center. Moreover, the bearings used in these units are specifically designed for high-speed, heavy-load applications, and their cost is comparable to the overall price of the SBR products.
